Thank you to everyone who took the time to complete our 2025 Family Survey. The Family Survey Results highlight the wonderful relationship we share with our families, and we’re so proud to be part of such a supportive and engaged community.

In response to your feedback, here’s how we’ll continue to grow and enhance our service:

• Communication and Connection: We’ll continue sharing your children’s experiences through our online platforms, maintaining the highest standards of safety, discretion, and professionalism.
• Educator Development: We’re increasing training, discussions, and mentorship opportunities for educators to further strengthen positive and consistent relationships with families.
• Life and Social Skills Program: We’re reinvigorating our social skills programming with intentional learning experiences in areas such as tying shoelaces, preparing simple meals, learning phone numbers and addresses, personal hygiene, emotional regulation, ethics, manners, toileting, and sportsmanship.
• Active Play and Sport: Our programs will continue to prioritise outdoor play and physical activity, with daily opportunities for active engagement and the inclusion of external sports coaches and specialists, including during Vacation Care.
• Menu and Nutrition: We’ll continue to refresh our menu annually, offering hot meals, fresh fruits, and vegetables daily. Our goal is to introduce children to new and exciting foods while celebrating cultural diversity and catering to a range of dietary needs and preferences. All meals are prepared fresh daily by our talented team.
