Online Bookings

The Centre’s online system allows you to make changes to your current bookings at the centre.

You can:

  • Add or cancel a Permanent booking
  • Add or cancel a Casual booking
  • Advise your child will be away for a permanent session
  • Transfer a permanent booking inside the current week
  • Enter Vacation Care bookings
  • Enter Pupil Free Day bookings
  • Enter Alternating Bookings (where applicable)
How to make changes to your before and after school care bookings
  • Log in to the Portal using your previously supplied username and password.
  • Once logged in go to “Parents”, “Bookings” and then “Add/Edit Bookings”.
  • Navigate to the week you are wanting to make bookings for. This can be done by selecting the calendar or by utilising the arrows to move one week forward/back.
  • Select the bubble on the day you are wishing to book.
  • You will have the option to book a permanent or a casual depending on bookings rules and availability. Select the option you wish to book in for.
  • You can navigate by utilising the arrows to move forward/back for individual days or select done to take you back to the booking calendar.

 Important Information for Before and After School Care Bookings

  • Permanent bookings:
    • Must stand for a minimum of 2 weeks – no changes can be made to permanent bookings less than 2 weeks old (you may of course make a notice of absence)
    • Changes to permanent bookings that have stood for 2 weeks or more must be made before 9am on the Friday PRIOR to the week you wish for the change to take effect.
    • You may wish to transfer your permanent booking from one similar session to another during the week. This can be done by clicking the transfer button on the booking you wish to move to another day. A transfer must be made before midday the day prior to the day you wish the change to occur. You are unable to make a transfer to or from a current day.
  •  Casual bookings:
    • Can be made as far in advance as you like, but can only be made on the Portal before midday the day before you wish the casual booking to occur. (last minute casual bookings can be made via email enquiry to )
    • Can be can cancelled on the Portal before midday the day prior to the booking. (last minute cancellations can be made via email to but MUST occur before 8:35am for the morning session and before 3:05 for the afternoon session)
  •  Rosters/Shift Workers & Rotating bookings
    •  If your child is to attend the centre each week, but due to your work/home circumstances you do not need regular days, you may contact the Centre outlining your circumstances. Allowance to make adhoc permanent bookings or rotating bookings can be made. This also applies for families with particular custody or visitation arrangements.
